Regulatory/Policy Update (CE SESSION)

This class and the morning session, UAD and Forms Redesign, must be taken together to receive the 7-hour credit.

In the ever-changing and morphing valuation landscape, this panel details the timely and relevant regulatory changes and policy updates. Presenters include a representative from the VA, USDA, and the Christensen Law firm which specializes in valuation-related litigation. The focus of this presentation is to provide appraisers with the most recent new policy updates and legal precedents that will affect appraisal production going forward.
