Elaine Rodriguez

Elaine joined Sloan Appraisal Services in August 2021 as a trainee. Elaine was born and raised within the real estate industry, however, spent seven years prior to joining Sloan Appraisal Services, working with foster and adoptive parents at Arizona’s Children. During her tenure at Arizona’s Children Association, she helped her community grow in tolerance, integrity, and service before pursuing her passion in real estate. Elaine graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Behavioral Health. She currently lives in Arizona with her husband and children. When Elaine is not keeping busy with appraisals, you can find her working as a paraprofessional, exercising, renovating, and being super mom.
