Hal Humphreys

Hal Humphreys is a certified general real estate appraiser, licensed in Tennessee. He is also a licensed private investigator, specializing in fraud, valuation, and litigation support. Hal is cofounder of Appraiser eLearning, an appraiser owned and appraiser centric educational provider. He is an IDEC certified instructor, presenting nationwide on a variety of valuation, fraud, and litigation support issues. He has appraised everything from manufactured houses to large-scale mixed-use retail/office/residential projects. Hal has investigated murder cases, fraud cases, death penalty cases, and speeding tickets.
