Hem Merriman

Hem Merriman is a Senior Vice President and Head of Residential Valuation Quality Assurance. With a 20-year tenure at Wells Fargo, Hem proudly represents Wells Fargo on the Industry Advisory Council of the Appraisal Foundation, contributing his insights and expertise to further enhance the industry as a whole. He is an AQB Certified USPAP instructor, and an appraiser with national review experience, and is a certified appraiser in New York, Connecticut, Massachusetts, and Rhode Island. Prior to his current role, Hem spearheaded various initiatives within the Wells Fargo Appraisal Group, focusing on crucial projects aimed at diversifying the appraisal team and refining the valuation strategy and execution.
