Hem Merrimen

Hem Merriman is a Senior Vice President with Wells Fargo. He has been with the bank for 18 years and is currently in the role of Division Manager for the Northeast States Staff Appraisal Team. Hem is a Certified Appraiser in multiple states, with field and review experience throughout NY, CT, RI, and MA. Hem’s current role within Wells Fargo is currently responsible for leading a team of highly skilled and tenured State Certified Staff Appraisers that handle the valuation of all types of properties, with a focus on the urban markets of Philadelphia, Boston, and the New York City metropolitan area. Throughout his career, Hem has worked for multiple large financial institutions, is an AQB Certified USPAP instructor, and has presented for multiple appraisal guilds and associations including the New York State Association of Realtors and the Columbia Society of Real Estate Appraisers.
