Nita Sloan

Nita began her career as a Trainee Appraiser in 1998 in Northern California. In 2002, Nita started her own company called Golden City Appraisals, which grew rapidly and was thriving only a year later. Nita merged Golden City Appraisals with a large company where she was the Chief Operations Officer responsible for recruiting, training, developing, and supervising a staff of over twenty-five appraisers in California, Louisiana, and New Mexico. She established five office locations throughout the three states.

In 2004, Nita moved to Southern California and covered the Inland Empire which encompasses two of the largest counties in Southern California. Through the Great Recession of 2008, she resided in Louisiana to complete appraisal work and help homeowners retrieve insurance money for their homes that were completely devastated by Hurricane Katrina.

In 2013, Nita moved to Arizona to work as a staff appraiser to gain the knowledge and expertise needed to work in the Phoenix Metropolitan area. Nita was one of the top producing appraisers within the company and was promoted to Training Supervisor of new and trainee appraisers. Four years later, she started Sloan Appraisal Services.

Sloan Appraisal Services is located in the West Valley of the Phoenix Metropolitan Area. Nita has produced successful Certified Appraisers and currently has two trainees that are nearing the completion of their Appraisal Certifications.
